Bathroom Remodeling Phoenix

A better start and finish to every day.

A shower with more room. A vanity with enough storage. Finishes that are easier to keep clean. Tell us what your bathroom needs, and we will work through the layout and choices with you.

Make the room work for your routine

A beautiful bathroom should also make getting ready easier. Think about where you set things down, what ends up on the counter, and where you need more room to move. Those everyday details give the design its starting point.

We look at the existing room with you before deciding what to keep, what to move, and where to invest. Here are the choices we work through together.

  • A shower you can move in

Consider the size of the shower, the door swing, and where towels and toiletries will go. If moving a fixture would make the room work better, we review what that means for plumbing and the overall scope.

  • Storage that clears the counter

A vanity should hold what you use every day. Think through drawers, shared storage, and the space around the sink so the finished room feels organized without adding clutter.

  • Finishes that belong together

Compare tile, cabinet finishes, countertop material, and hardware as a whole. We discuss the look you want alongside cleaning and care, so each selection makes sense for daily use.

  • Light where you need it

Getting ready at the mirror and winding down in the bath call for different lighting. Bring your ideas for fixtures, mirrors, and outlets so those decisions are part of your lighting plan.

Know the plan before work starts

The time to decide on the vanity, tile, and fixtures is before the room comes apart. Your itemized estimate sets out the construction and materials before any deposit. Together, we review the choices that affect cost, lead times, and the construction sequence.

We also talk through daily life during the remodel. Which bathroom will you use? How will the team reach the construction area? Are there household routines we need to understand? These questions belong in the plan alongside the finishes.

  1. Before construction

Review the scope, material selections, and expected time on site. Confirm which parts of the existing room stay and which need to be removed or changed.

  2. While work is underway

Receive a written update after every trade day and site visit. Your project manager’s direct number gives you one place to take questions about progress or a decision.

  3. At the final walkthrough

Review the finished work together and ask about care for your selections. Our 2 year workmanship warranty covers labor, with separate manufacturer coverage for products.

Bring the bathroom you have and the one you imagine

Photos of the current room help us understand the starting point. A few inspiration images show us what you are drawn to, whether that is a quieter palette, a larger shower, or a vanity with more character.

You do not need every finish chosen before reaching out. Tell us what bothers you about the room now, what you want to keep, and your budget range. We can use that conversation to shape the next step.

Before you start

We review the existing room and proposed changes together. Moving fixtures can affect plumbing, scope, and the schedule, so those decisions belong in planning.

Your schedule depends on the layout, level of customization, material availability, and any structural or permit requirements. We separate planning and fabrication from time on site, then agree on a project schedule before construction begins.

Our 2 year workmanship warranty covers labor and workmanship. Materials and products have separate manufacturer warranties. We share the coverage for your selections and explain who to contact if you need help after completion.

Let’s talk about your project.

Tell us what you want to change and what matters most to you. We will talk through your ideas and the next step.
