Our process
Know what happens. Know what’s next.
You should not have to chase someone to find out what is happening in your own home. Here is how we plan your project, keep you informed, and help after the final walkthrough.
Listen
We walk the space with you, hear what needs to change, and talk about your budget early. You meet the people responsible for your project and get a direct contact for project questions.

Plan
You receive an itemized estimate before any deposit. It shows the construction and materials included, so you can review the costs and ask questions before committing.
Choose materials in person at the Phoenix showroom. We confirm cabinet and countertop selections, fabrication lead times, and the construction schedule before demolition.

Build
Construction follows the agreed scope and schedule. After every trade day and site visit, you receive a written update explaining what happened and what comes next.
Work areas are cleaned at the end of each day. You also have your project manager’s direct number for questions about your project.

Stay
Our 2 year workmanship warranty covers labor and workmanship. Materials and products have separate manufacturer warranties. We share the coverage for your selections and explain who to contact if you need help after completion.
Our work does not end at the final walkthrough. If you have a question about the finished project, contact the team so we can help you identify the next step.

Your schedule depends on the layout, level of customization, material availability, and any structural or permit requirements. We separate planning and fabrication from time on site, then agree on a project schedule before construction begins.
